Privacy policy
This site has no contact form, no customer account and no newsletter. We therefore process very little data — this document sets out exactly what, and what you can demand about it.

Who is the data controller
ZAYORK.CO SRL, Rue du Commerce 1, 6000 Charleroi, Belgium, company number BE 1026.269.106, determines the purposes and means of the processing described below. For any question, write to zayrok.co@gmail.com or call +32 499 84 74 13.
Given the nature and volume of our processing, appointing a data protection officer is not required.
What we process, and why

What we do not do
- No sale, rental or transfer of data to third parties.
- No analytics, no advertising cookies, no social media pixels on this site.
- No profiling and no automated decisions producing legal effects.
- No collection of special category data within the meaning of article 9 GDPR.
Who can access your data
Data stays within the restaurant. Two technical providers are involved: Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and keeps its logs, and Google, when the map on the Contact page is displayed.
Both are established in the United States. Transfers outside the European Union rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework to which these companies adhere.
Online orders are handled on a separate service (https://shop.goodfellas-charleroi.be). Data you enter there falls under that service's privacy policy, not this document.
Your rights
You may exercise the rights below at any time, free of charge, by writing to zayrok.co@gmail.com. We reply within one month. Proof of identity may be requested where reasonable doubt exists.
- Access: confirm whether we process data about you and obtain a copy.
- Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure: request deletion where retention is no longer justified.
- Restriction: request that processing be frozen while a dispute is settled.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
- Portability: receive, in a machine-readable format, the data you provided to us.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. Pages are pre-generated and published as static files: no visitor database is exposed, because none exists.
Changes
This policy will change if our processing does — for instance if we add a form or an analytics tool. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
